1. Eligibility: The La Guay Loyalty Card is available to all customers of La Guay.
2. Offer Details:
   • Collect one stamp for each purchase of coffee, tea or juice.
   • After collecting 7 stamps, you are entitled to one free coffee, tea, smoothie, or juice.
3. Bonus Stamp: Receive an additional stamp when you leave a review of La Guay on Google or Trip Advisor. Proof of the review will be required.
4. Redemption: Present your loyalty card with 7 stamps to redeem your free drink. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and will be scanned for redemption in-store.
5. Card Use: The loyalty card is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom it was issued.
6. Expiry: Stamps and cards do not have an expiry date but are subject to change at the discretion of La Guay.
7. Lost or Stolen Cards: La Guay is not responsible for lost or stolen loyalty cards. Lost cards will not be replaced.
8. Changes to the Program: La Guay reserves the right to modify or discontinue this loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
9. Data Protection:
   • Data Collected: Basic information such as your name, email, and phone number will be collected upon sign-up.
   • Purpose: This data will be used for marketing purposes, including informing you about promotions, offers, and news from La Guay.
   • Storage and Security: Your data will be securely stored and protected in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
   • Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent for marketing communications.
   • Contact: For any data protection concerns or to exercise your rights, please contact us directly in store.
10. Other Conditions: The loyalty program is void where prohibited by law.
